Can I try Northwind for free?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You keep full access to the platform the entire time.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing breaks. You move to the free Starter plan automatically, or upgrade anytime to keep your history and integrations.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — changes are prorated to the day.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
We do. Reach out to our team and we'll set you up with the right plan for your stage.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans save two months, and you can pay by card or invoice.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Northwind is SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and supports SSO and audit logs on Scale.
