01What if my project doesn’t fit into a tier?
Reach out. We do custom-scope engagements when there’s a real reason. The tiers cover ~80% of inquiries cleanly — the other 20% we shape together.
02Is there a retainer option?
No. Retainers tend to turn into either over-billing or under-shipping. We engage per project. If you need ongoing work, we re-engage.
03When do I pay?
50% at kickoff, 50% at final handoff. Net 14 days. Wire or ACH preferred; cards work for under $5k.
04What happens if scope changes mid-project?
Small drift is included. Significant scope changes go through a change order with a re-quote. Honest, no surprises.
05Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — our standard mutual NDA works for most. Custom NDAs are reviewed by our legal counsel before signing.
06Who owns the work?
You do, fully, after final payment. We retain the right to show selected work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
07Do you work internationally?
Yes. We invoice in USD by default. Wire and ACH from any country. We work async across timezones with weekly sync calls.
08What if I’m not happy with the work?
We rework until you are, within scope. If something has fundamentally drifted apart, we have a kill-fee clause that’s fair to both sides.
