Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to begin. You get full access to that plan's features for the duration.

What happens when my trial ends?

We'll email you before the trial closes. If you've added a payment method, you'll roll onto the plan you tried; if not, your workspace drops to the free Starter tier with your data intact.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.

Do you offer discounts?

Annual billing saves roughly two months versus paying monthly. We also offer discounted pricing for students, nonprofits, and early-stage startups — reach out and we'll sort it out.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You're charged per seat on your chosen cycle, and every invoice is available to download from your account's billing page.

Is my data secure?

We're SOC 2 Type II certified. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-scoped, and we never sell or share your information with third parties.
